MARKETDPRO ("the Service") provides real-time market structure intelligence data for informational purposes only. By accessing the Service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description. The Service analyzes correlations, regimes, and structural changes across global financial markets. All data is delivered via a SaaS dashboard and API.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18+ and legally permitted to access financial data services in your jurisdiction.
3. Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per subscriber.
4. Acceptable Use. You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission.
5. Modifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice.
Privacy Policy
Data Collected: Email address, payment information (processed by PayPal/Stripe — we do not store card numbers), usage logs, and optionally your Telegram Chat ID for alerts.
Data Use: To provide the Service, send alerts, and improve platform quality. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Cookies: We use session cookies for authentication only. No advertising cookies.
Retention: Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. MARKETDPRO delivers digital data services that begin immediately upon subscription activation. Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are issued once access has been granted.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Service, please contact support@marketdpro.com within 7 days of your billing date. We will investigate and provide a service credit if warranted.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in permanent account suspension.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds for partial months.

Affiliate Program Terms
Commission Structure: 20% (default) → 25% (10+ active referrals) → 30% (50+) → 35% (100+). Tiers are recalculated monthly based on active subscriber count.
Subscription Perks: 10+ referrals = 50% discount on your own subscription. 50+ referrals = free subscription.
Payouts: Monthly (Net-30) via PayPal. Minimum payout threshold: $30 USD.
Cookie Duration: 30 days from first click.
Prohibited: Spam, misleading claims, paid search on brand keywords, or any activity that could bring MARKETDPRO into disrepute.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts and withhold commissions for policy violations.
